These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients of Bella Diana Aesthetic Clinic ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment, creating an account, or receiving treatment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All treatments at Bella Diana Aesthetic Clinic are provided by appointment only.

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments where necessary.

2. Consultation & Treatment Suitability

All clients are required to complete a consultation prior to treatment. During this consultation, we assess suitability based on medical history, skin condition, and individual goals.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our clinic.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a £25 cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend (no-show) will also result in a £25 fee.

This fee covers practitioner time and clinic resources reserved for your appointment.

4. Payments & Fees

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
• Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged automatically or invoiced where necessary.

5. Refunds

• Treatments already carried out are non-refundable.
• Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Refunds for prepaid treatments or deposits are assessed in line with our cancellation policy.

6. Medical Information & Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies may affect treatment safety and results.

Bella Diana Aesthetic Clinic cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Results & Expectations

Individual results may vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

8. Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

• Your appointment time may be reduced
• Treatment may need to be rescheduled
• Cancellation fees may apply if the appointment cannot proceed

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
